Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 6 guests, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. 2. Parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. This unit does NOT have a BBQ. 4. The laundry room for this complex is on the bottom level and clearly marked "laundry" on the door. Inside there are coin-operated washer and dryer. Placer County STR Permit Number STR22-6803 Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Placer STR Ordinance: Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm - 8am, seven days a week All Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking and access to property will not be provided without a signed Agreement. Minimum Age Requirement of Reservation Holder: 25 The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
