Ski Beach Park is only a 7 minute drive while Big Bear Alpine Zoo is simply a 4 minute drive from the home. Plenty of Hiking options are a short drive as well such as, Bristlecone Trail and Pebble Plain Trailhead. As you step inside the main living space, you’ll notice the high vaulted ceilings and large windows that bring in plenty of natural lighting and stunning views of the surrounding pines. The open concept design also contributes to the spacious feel this home offers. Enjoy some downtime on the plush sofa as you watch your favorite movie on the flatscreen tv. Located on the main floor you’ll find the first bedroom equipped with a king size bed and a mounted tv. The second bedroom on this level includes another king size bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, mounted tv and electric fireplace. You’ll also find a private attached bathroom located in this room as well. The last bedroom on the main level provides a queen size bed and futon for extra sleeping space. Head upstairs to the loft where you’ll find Twin over Twin bunk beds and a futon. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7   Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.   Head inside at 10:00 p.m.   Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take your furry friend with you   Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Take trash to dumpster locations   Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines   The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction   Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE!
