Sunnyside Surf Shack is managed by Florida Panhandle Property Management. Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of stay. Access instructions are provided in my welcome email approximately 1 week prior to check-in. If you booked within a week of check-in, I'll send that welcome information over just as quickly as I possibly can! From the moment that you book, my cell phone number is available to you, and I welcome any and all questions, comments or concerns. A week prior to check-in, you'll receive a welcome email with access instructions and some "Around the Condo" tips. I'll check in with you once you've arrived to ensure all is well.
