Whitetail Summit is a spacious chalet with stunning mountain views, river access, and hiking on property. You'll have close proximity to 30+ wineries/breweries, the Shenandoah National Park, the Appalachian Trail, the Shenandoah River, horseback riding, and hunting preserves. Or relax at home, with an indoor pool/ping pong table, music nook, outdoor hot tub, and fire pit. We are family/pet-friendly. REMOTE WORK: 600MBps wifi, two dedicated work-from-home spaces, and a GYM/PELOTON The space SLEEPING: Master Bedroom (King), Bedroom 2 (Queen), Bedroom 3 (Queen), Basement (King), Basement Pull-Out (Queen) INDOOR LIVING: 3,000 sq. ft. of living space, stone wood-burning fireplace, 3 large flat-screen TVs, board games, books, pool table and ping pong table, music nook with guitars/violin/piano KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig latte maker, French press, Crock-Pot GENERAL: Extremely fast WiFi, excellent cell phone reception, central AC/heating, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, toiletries, linens, towels OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck with a gas grill, Master balcony, 7-person hot tub, fire pit, flat fenced-in yard, and multiple outdoor seating areas PET AMENITIES: Fenced-in yard that connects to the deck, dishes, bed, and crate. Whitetail Summit welcomes up to two dogs with a $50 fee per dog. While we love pets, we cannot permit more than two. PARKING: Whitetail Summit is up a very steep driveway with parking for up to six cars. 4-wheel drive is required in the winter, and SUVs are recommended. DEER: Many Whitetail deer reside in the area, and you are almost certain to see some during your stay. We are transitioning our lawn to a natural deer habitat, so you are likely to get an up-close view. Please drive with caution and do not disturb them. While there are nearby preserves for hunting, hunting is not permitted at Whitetail Summit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and surrounding property, except for an owners and maid closet. Other things to note There are two dedicated work spaces, and we provide XFinity Wifi at 600 MBps, so the space is ideal for remote work!
