Catskills Retreat with Pond and Kayaks

Escape to our serene 3-bed, 2-bath home, ideal for families and friends. Located only ~2 hours from NYC, this charming getaway offers over an acre of land to explore. Enjoy relaxing on the deck, lounging in the sunroom, or unwinding by the pond. This family friendly home features a swing set and a large field for recreational activities. The home is also equipped with mini splits to keep you cool during the summers For ours and your safety, there are cameras outside the front door and garage. The space There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. We have recently added a daybed to the downstairs bedroom, which converts from a twin bed to a double bed when the base is pulled out. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note The pond is not suitable for swimming due to the presence of snapping turtles, but you are welcome to use the kayaks on it. We do not use any scented plugs or scented candles. Please note, we do not have a generator.
