Bring the whole family to this amazingly restored Florida lake home with lots of room for fun. The video was created when we first listed the property, so it will give you a sense of the layout of the home, but it is missing some of the new amenities that we have added. I do update the images, so the pictures in the listing are accurate to date. This house can sleep 13 guests (the couch in the sunroom is a sleeper sofa with an attached queen air mattress and there is a third twin mattress under the bunk bed). The fourth bedroom is designed as an efficiency (with its own bathroom, a mini fridge, a microwave, and separate entryway), but is also attached to the main house via the mudroom/laundry room. Sitting on an absolutely gorgeous live-oak adorned lot at the end of a short cul-de-sac just off the paved road, this property gives the guest a lot of privacy in a peaceful setting. There is a vacant unused county lot next door with a fun little patch of woods on it. Amazing views of the lake from most of the rooms in the house. Wonderful sunroom across the lake side of the house. There is a spacious deck for grilling dinner or sipping your morning coffee. In the back yard you will find a firepit for night time story telling and marshmallow roasting. This property is just a wonderful little slice of paradise.
