Bayou Cottage: Quaint 4 Bed house near NASA/Kemah

A great house for work, vacation, pre/post cruise, family events, and more. NASA -5 mi. Boardwalk, amusements and restaurants: 2 mi. 4 Boat Ramps within 2 mi. Daikan Park/downtown 22 mi. NRG stadium 22 mi. 15 mi HOU 45 mi. IAH Gal Beaches/Cruises: 23 mi. BR240144 The space This is a very safe space to have your vehicle or belongings. We strive to decorate for your pleasure and have all the items you need in the house. Everything from spices to extra linens to access to all your work, sports, or entertainment. This is truly a great place to relax or use as a base of operation. It is immaculately cleaned by my OCD wife and the air is cleaned as well. Guest access Access to entire home. there is minor amount of storage we have in garage but otherwise everything is for guests use. Check in is at 5 PM (1700). Early check in may be available for $25/hr. Checkout at 10 AM and similar for late checkouts. Other things to note There are 4 tvs Ranging from 55in to 23in. All non Smart tvs have connections for virtually any streaming service. All but smaller TV have Dish network available. Watch free services or login to your accounts and enjoy home away from home. Outdoor furniture can be seasonal (generally our season is Feb 1 to Dec 20).... We try to set up for holidays. If there is something that might offend you (Christmas Tree, witch, Champagne glasses, etc... please let us know in advance for removal) Fences are in tepair/replacement due to hurricane damage. We are 72% done (5Jul25). Something was dropped on stove and glass cracked. I ordered replacement but it is unavailable (supply chain). So I will replace by mid August. Please be careful not to cut yourself on the cracked top until I can replace. Any questions about anything, please ask. We adhere to all local laws and regulations. Texas has "Good Neighbor Law" and League City enforces them, so please keep your noise and such to a limit.
