The living room area and dining room area both have fantastic views of the ocean. Available for 7 day rentals only in June and July. PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. 7' Garage Clearance. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.
