The space: This newly remodeled but still charming and quaint farmhouse is a country treasure. The main living area features a large comfortable sofa perfect for game night and a large screen Roku TV ready to stream your favorite movie. The kitchen with its brand new gas Kitchen Aid cooktop, 2 ovens, dishwasher, Subzero fridge, All-Clad cookware give guests the ability to bring their inner chef to life while the breakfast table (seating for four) and adjacent dining room (seating for 8) allow for the cuisine's enjoyment. A gas grill below the deck is directly accessible to the kitchen while an outdoor dining table with umbrella overlooking the vines makes for a perfect al fresco dining experience. A gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs completes the ultimate outdoor environment for enjoying with family and friends. Also on the main level: Guest bedroom #4. From the new queen bed guests can enjoy the tranquil vineyard views; room also has private access to the deck. Guest 1/2 Bathroom The second level of home includes the primary bedroom (with King bed and stand up desk) and its newly remodeled en-suite bathroom which overlooks the private vineyard. Bathroom includes a large soaking tub, rain shower, and dual marble vanity with private toilet area. Guest bedroom #2 features a luxurious King bed, gorgeous vista views and desk area. Guest bedroom #3 with new queen bed features breathtaking views of Mount St. Helena which are especially enjoyable from its private balcony. The second fully remodeled bathroom located in the hallway upstairs (shower/tub combo) allows the guests staying in the 2 guest bedrooms easy access. A Keurig K Cup/Drip combo coffee maker is available for guest use (coffee not supplied). The manager and bottler of the vineyard and its harvest is Stonemason Cellars. Call them for a private tasting! Guest access to home Guests access the property via secured codes and smart lock, making for a seamless keyless experience. Other things to note Maximum Overnight Guests: 8 Maximum Daytime Guests: 14 Maximum number of vehicles: 4 No parties or events of any kind. Absolutely no pets - it is for their safety! The perimeter of the property is not secured for pets. Quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. No amplified sound allowed at any time. As we are a working vineyard, note that we are occasionally required to be on property, but do not need access to guest areas.
