Book three nights get the fourth night free** This large, single level living home is located on the entire first floor of the home, with access via a flight of stairs. The house is sole occupancy, with the ground floor being owners’ storage and garage space and whilst uninhabited, this space is inaccessible to our guests and remains locked. Otherwise, you will have the house and property to yourself…no sharing! Parking is limited to one vehicle at the top of a steep driveway, with additional parking on the quiet street below. Your accommodation is single level living, offering dining, kitchen, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set high on the hill with commanding views of Marysville and the spectacular mountains beyond. Clean, homely and inviting, Robley Views is the perfect base for groups to explore the local delights. With two Queen sized bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a bunk room with four single beds, everyone will be comfortable. There is a second bathroom plus large laundry with washer and dryer. Free WiFi with Netflix is available for our guests. Brand new central heating and cooling to keep you comfortable all year round. The expansive wraparound balcony offers commanding views of the mountains, as well as outdoor dining and a BBQ for warmer months. The home offers panel heating throughout with superior insulation and double glazing to keep cosy during the cold months. Please note that the property is a non-smoking property. Maximum occupancy is eight people only. Guest access The entire first floor is available to guests. Access is via a flight of timber stairs after which all amenities are located on the same floor. There is no access to or via the garage which shall remain locked. Other things to note Pets are not allowed on the property. Linen and towels are also included - please specify how many guests will be staying and bed configuration so that beds may be made up for your convenience. Note there are two queen sized beds and four single bunks.
