Guest access The entire second floor is yours. A private outside staircase leads to your own entrance, with a keyless lock for self check-in. Parking is on the property, near the entrance. A staircase in the bedroom connects to the first floor; when the floors are rented separately, the doors are locked from both sides. Other things to note - Traveling with more people? The whole farmhouse, both floors plus the sauna, is also available as a separate listing. - The first floor is a separate apartment that other guests may rent. This is a 1920 farmhouse without modern sound insulation, so you will likely hear normal activity from downstairs. - The sauna and backyard are private to the first-floor apartment and aren't included with this stay. - Water in the Gunks is naturally mineral-rich and can have a faint sulfur smell, stronger in some seasons. It runs through a two-stage treatment system that is professionally serviced, and the kitchen tap has a drinking-water filter changed monthly. - A drainage ditch runs along the driveway entrance. Take it slowly if your car sits low.
