The space CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST INCLUDED: The kitchen will be freshly stocked for your arrival with cereal, almond milk, oatmeal, Pop-Tarts, and apple juice. COMPLEMENTARY SNACKS: Kitchen is also stocked with snacks, drinks, and all cooking and baking essentials. This approx. 700 sq ft, finished, lower level of a home is located in North Cleveland's desirable Sequoia Trails neighborhood: tucked away behind the Home Depot and Bradley Square Mall, right off of the ever-expanding Paul Huff Parkway, and just minutes from so many of Cleveland's restaurants and shopping. A short walk through the neighborhood lands you right at the entrance to the Greenway, Cleveland's beautiful, largely wooded/shaded walking and recreation path that runs along Mouse Creek and extends all the way to Lee University/downtown Cleveland. Open-concept studio space with room divider curtains to section-off king bedroom if desired. Pull-out sofa in living room is full-size; sheets, pillows, duvet cover, and blanket are all available in closet. Smart Fire TV is Alexa enabled and has all the apps you could desire so you can watch all your favorite content (Prime Video included). Other luxury touches throughout include dimmable primary and accent lighting, LVP flooring, unique live edge wood dining table, high-quality bedding, thoughtful decor, modern subway tile bathroom, Keurig coffee maker, and more. Other things to note Please note that the full bathroom utilizes a Saniflo System for both the toilet and shower, which means that a pump briefly engages after the toilet is flushed and periodically during a shower to expel water upwards through the drain. We have never found renters to be bothered by this, but we simply want you to be aware of this unique feature of the bathroom before booking. The upper part of this home is rented as a separate, mid-term rental to business professionals and remote/travel workers. The upstairs renters don't have access to this guest suite for your separation and privacy. Please be respectful/mindful towards the upstairs renters by adhering to the 8pm-8am quiet hours house rule. For the safety and security of our guests, a security camera has been installed on the property. It's mounted on the back corner of the house and points toward the backyard and patio. In the event of a security situation, the camera can be used to look back and view recorded video.
