Please note that the full bathroom utilizes a Saniflo System for both the toilet and shower, which means that a pump briefly engages after the toilet is flushed and periodically during a shower to expel water upwards through the drain. We have never found renters to be bothered by this, but we simply want you to be aware of this unique feature of the bathroom before booking. For the safety and security of our guests, a security camera has been installed on the property. It's mounted on the back corner of the house and points toward the backyard and patio. In the event of a security situation, the camera can be used to look back and view recorded video.
