Catalina’s four bedrooms have all been decorated with care to strike the perfect balance between comfort and class, embracing the mid-century modern aesthetic that made the valley famous. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking. - Pool heat is $150/night + tax, available upon request with at least 24-hour notice. Minimum 3 consecutive nights; must be booked for the entire stay. - Pool heat is not available between May 1 and October 1. - No outside music is allowed. - During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. Parking Details: A maximum of 4 cars can park on-site. [DISCLAIMERS] - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
