For your next getaway, escape to our Pendleton Cottage. Located just 9 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium, you will find everything you need in our home away from home, including a full kitchen, a living room with a 65" TV, 3 bedrooms, each with its own 43" TV, 2 bathrooms, a huge fully fenced back yard, a full laundry room and so much more. Make yourself comfortable in our 3 bedroom cottage. You will have full and private access to our 3 bedroom cottage, including the huge fully fenced back yard and covered car port. You will be provided with a door code for entry to our cottage. I am available 24 hours a day/7 days per week by phone or text. If an emergency should arise, our local property manager can assist you, however, most issues can be handled via text or phone. Please don't hesitate to contact me at any time. I am always happy to help. Our cottage is located on a quiet street. There is a train close by, however, it comes by once a night at around 10:30 and is pretty quiet. I hardly notice it but want to make sure I fully disclose the possibility of some noise in the neighborhood. Parking is plentiful at our cottage. The covered car port can accommodate one vehicle and the driveway can accommodate one additional vehicle. There is also room to park a vehicle on the street in front of the cottage.
