Buffalo River Cabin-privt Pool/Hot Tub/Game Room!

Beautiful cabin with lots of space for the whole family. Enjoy peace and quiet and lots of privacy. We are very close to the upper Buffalo wilderness area for great hiking, canoeing and climbing. We are barely a mile from the National Park and 5min from JB Trading that has food/gas and Eve you need for your outdoor adventure We are 1.25 miles down gravel roads. No smoking in the house or you will be subject to 1,000 fine! No exceptions!!!! You can some outside and discard the butts in the trash. The space Close to waterfalls and an old homestead built of hand hewn logs. Conveniently located to hiking trails as well. Center point trail, Compton trailhead, hideout hollow trailhead, hawksbill trail and more! Ponca and Boxely are close and highway 43 where you can watch Elk! The pool is seasonal but we have a big hot tub for you to enjoy! We just added a new game room with ping pong, air hockey, darts, and a pool table!!! Other things to note We are very close and convenient to the upper Buffalo wilderness area for great hiking and canoeing and climbing. As the crow flies, we are barely a mile from the National Park and 1/2 mile from JB Trading Co, Compton's great store that has gas, food and great things for your outdoor adventures. We are 1.25 miles down gravel roads off Hwy 43 in Compton AR Very close to several trail heads as well, see our guide book for info on those! Also, the cabin is located in the woods so there will be an occasional bug (spider, ant, etc) that gets inside just so your aware some people are surprised by it and most guests expect it with it being so remote…. There is bug spray and fly swatters if you need:) Flies are the biggest issue in the summer but can be controlled by keeping the doors shut behind you! Wasps outside can be a problem as well during the summer months and we provide wasp spray just in case you need it:)
