Inside Sea Breeze, the bright and airy open floor plan includes a fully renovated kitchen, large dining table for eight, and island seating- perfect for entertaining. A retro arcade machine greets you at the entrance, while the cozy living room offers a relaxing spot to unwind. The home boasts multiple bedrooms with king beds, Smart TVs, and stylish decor. The spacious primary suite includes a private sitting area and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, and walk in shower. Additional bedrooms offer king or queen beds, all with Smart TVs. For extra fun, head to the air conditioned game garage with ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, and seating area. There is also a "Harry Potter Room" under the stairs, that kids will love for reading, napping, or just a fun little hangout space. Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup. • Up to 3 dogs • $150 per pet fee • Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone • For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted 💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a daily heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare). 📝 Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs Guest access The entire space is yours to use, Make yourself at home! Other things to note POOL HEATERS: Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
