West Tampa is a gentrifying neighborhood and is urban and diverse in nature. The population is primarily Hispanic, white, and African American. There are new homes like this unit, but also less sightly older homes that are slowly being renovated. As you walk in this property, downstairs has an entry room with pull out queen sofa bed and memory foam mattress, a 1/2 bath room, and then a 20x20 great room with kitchen, dining, and entertainment area. Upstairs has a master bedroom with king sized bed, en-suite bathroom including a free standing tub and shower, and a private balcony with peak-a-boo skyline views. Other upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed, and then the third with a queen/twin bunk bed combination. A pull out twin XL cot with memory foam mattress is also available in a storage closet. All bedrooms have televisions with Youtube TV and Netflix. All major kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, and spices included in kitchen. Each guest receives a small gift basket of snacks. Guest access The entire property is available for guests Other things to note Parking is a covered carport. One car can fit comfortably. Another car can park on the street or driveway behind it, with additional street parking available right outside the home. Homes on the street are either owner occupied or rented to full time neighbors. Owner and hosts are not responsible in anyway for items lost or left at the home. We can try to arrange for shipment of these items at our earliest convenience PLEASE NOTE: Like most of North and West Tampa, The neighborhood is an urban neighborhood that is still gentrifying. The area is filled with both newer renovated homes, but also several older less slightly homes. The homes to the right and across the street are either owner-occupied or full time renters that have lived in the neighborhood for several years. There are 5-6 other new builds or recently renovated homes on my street. In terms of safety, we have never had any incidents but it's also not a place to take relaxing walks or take the kids on bike rides at nighttime. From a macro perspective, this neighborhood is central to all the major Tampa spots, including downtown (5 min), Ybor (5-10min), Armature Works (5 min), Hyde Park Village (10min), the Heights (5 minutes), the Bucs stadium (5 minutes), and the airport (10 minutes). There will be minor street traffic noise during the day as in any urban environment, but the house is well insulated and blocks vast majority of outdoor noise.
