Birds of a Feather- Tasteful Abbey Springs Condo w/ Golf Cart Other things to note * Please inquire with us prior to booking for stays greater than 90 days *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions. Included with your stay is access to the member-only lakefront sandy beach, indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and a member-only restaurant-perfect for a family or date night out! All these amenities are just a quick golf cart ride away. This two-bedroom (one is a loft), one and a half bath Abbey Springs nest can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Escape the coop and fly to the lake! *Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost. Please note that the Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home. *Guest Pass Policy: Guest passes are non-transferable. If you wish to switch a pass to a different guest during your stay, the exchange must be completed at the guard house. The original pass must be turned in, and a new pass will be issued to the new guest. *There is not a grill available for guest use at this property due to HOA restrictions *Please note that we require the names of all guests in your party. *Ring Door Bell camera at entrance of property for security purposes* *Golf cart is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver’s license to operate. *Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! We strive for a 5 star stay! *Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in incur an additional $100 fee. Additional Fees: Early Check-In – $75 (based on availability) Late Check-Out – $75 (based on availability) *Lost and Found – If you left something behind, please contact us. While Geneva Lakes Vacations isn’t responsible for items left after a stay, we’ll do our best to locate and return them. Guests cover shipping. Once located, returns may take up to 4 weeks.
