The second and third bedrooms are separated by a half-wall, making them semi-private. • Bathroom Setup – Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a jacuzzi tub (no shower). A half-bath is located on the main level. • The balcony on the top floor of the home facing the street is not for use as it is covered in a roofing material that is not suitable for walking on. We offer parking for TWO vehicles in a lot less than a 3 minute walk from the house! Details of the lot will be sent with check in instructions. If your party has more than two vehicles, there is a loading zone directly across the street for loading and unloading, and there are many meter spots directly across the street as well as many free parking spaces within a 5 minute walk of The Perch! We are also locals and are able to offer tips to our guests on where to find the best parking spots! The second and third bedrooms are only separated by a half wall, so they are not separated from each other entirely. The master bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower and copper tub. The second bathroom only has a jacuzzi tub, so there is only one shower in the home. There is also a half bathroom on the main level. You will have to walk up a set of stairs to get to the Perch as well as two staircases within the home. The balcony on the top floor of the home facing the street is not for use as it is covered in a roofing material that is not suitable for walking on.
