From the moment you first enter through the private security gates, it becomes rather evident Casa Santa Barbara is the very definition of a private luxury estate. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and offer absolute privacy. The large circular driveway offers ample parking for a minimum of four (4) automobiles. For your convenience, there is covered parking directly off the main entry steps to the home. Upon entering Casa Santa Barbara, you are greeted by an open foyer entry which leads to the spectacular living area of the home. The main living area of the home is exceptionally large and is an ideal setting for entertaining both family and guests. The living area offers fifteen foot ceilings, not to mention spectacular, unobstructed, views of the exceptionally private rear yard (equipped with heated pool) and waterfront area. The living area features two full size leather sofas, as well as an over sized leather chair with ottoman. There is an entertainment center equipped with a 60” plasma television, DVD player and surround sound stereo system. The pool area also features a custom outdoor bar with sink and BBQ with outdoor dining for eight (8). The main beach portal is a short distance away and offers both lifeguard towers and, restroom facilities, a children's playground and outdoor cabanas for daily rental. There are also a multitude of first class restaurants in the immediate beach area, as well as a new Publix Grocery Store and WholeFoods Market. Please note as there will be no refunds for missing amenities. Amenities visible in photos and listed may be missing since items need to be changed out from time to time due to safety concerns or items being warn out. -Pool heating is available all year round, however, it is an optional extra which is payable in addition to the cost of your reservation. Prices are $35 per day plus tax. Pool heating may not be necessary for your vacation, especially if you’re visiting Florida in the hot summer months. If you need any pool heating it is likely to be in the winter and early spring months when daytime temperatures are cooler. You can add pool heating to your booking by calling our office to order it 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you opt to have no pool heating but you change your mind while on vacation, we can arrange for your pool heating to be turned on however please be aware electric heaters can take up to 24 hours to heat up. The maximum temp to prevent algae from forming in the pool is 87 degrees. Note as this can not be ordered through the message thread. -Please note for your safety and ours we have cameras on the exterior front of the home recording the driveway and entrance. -Absolutely no more that 4 cars will be permitted and not more guests than the house sleeps are permitted on the pro
