This vacation rental is freshly renovated and spacious, equipped with a balcony facing gorgeous sunsets and a backyard/common area. The flooring is upgraded with wood-style vinyl throughout. The master bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and the guest bedroom has full size bunk beds with a couch for 1 person. Downstairs is a couch with a full size pull-out bed in the living room. Rental of this unit provides full access to all the resort’s amenities. Kurtis is available from 6am to 11pm via Message or Phone Call. Quiet, friendly neighborhood with 2 different pool locations. At the entrance, there are 2 pools, a water fall and a hot tub. Next to our condo, there is a pool and a kiddie pool for the young-ins. There is gym, tennis courts, shuffleboard and club house access as well. As you pull into Portside you have Guest Services, the pools, waterfall and hot tub are to your right. The HOA where you’ll register for your parking pass and pool pass is at the entrance as well. You’ll continue straight until you see a split in the road with a large sign that says "Portside". Veer to the right and you'll see a pool with a kiddie pool on your right. Continue straight to the third set of buildings and O1 is the first corner condo on your right. Portside Resort Guest Service is available from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday at the entrance to the resort. By the time you arrive, you are required to purchase $40 parking permit and pool wristbands ($1/ person). Any questions regarding the unit can be answered thru email/ text by host.
