Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. Located just a few mins from parks, Lake Lanier parks and Lake Lanier Islands. Only 5 mins from University of North Georgia and mins from all the restaurants and grocery stores and about 12 mins from Northeast Medical Center. Work and pleasure- We welcome medical professionals to stay at our property of 15 days or longer extended stays for work or any occasion. Come enjoy and relax in a quiet peaceful place. The space Newly renovated house with all new furnishings. 4 bedrooms all located upstairs with three full baths. Master bedroom has private bathroom with double sinks and 3 closets including large walk-in closet. The other three rooms have share baths located upstairs and main level. Exclusive view with large corner lot with 6 cars max parking capacity and all cars has to be park on driveway at all giving time. Main floor has a lot to offers, large living space double the standard size with full bath. On the main Level there is a office room with office desk and chair for professional work as needed. The large kitchen has breakfast and dining table of 6plus chairs and all in one nice area with beautiful outside views. Mesh in Sunroom allow you to have good air while keeping most of the bugs out. A beautiful mostly paved fence in private backyard is good for pets and entertainments. Outside fire pit is available but bring your own fire wood and lighter. Come and see it for yourself. We will provide towels, basic soaps, and Laundry room on site with basic soap you can use to wash and dry your laundry. Disclosures- Owner do live in this house occasionally to commute back and forth between family and work related. But not during the available dates during your stay. Garage will be off limit and lock up for owner storage for cleaning supplies and personal. Thank you and enjoy your stay. Please note this is an HOA quiet peaceful neighborhood. Please respect your neighbors and keep noise level and gathering at minimum. Guest access Entirely available to guests. The only space reserved is the garage. Owner storage for supplies inside the garage so it will be lockup and off limits to all guests. Please do not attempt to open garage as it will remain lock. Thanks Other things to note Absolutely NO smoking inside the house, no partying, no music on the outside and no more than 12 people at the property at once including guests/visitors. Visitors allow but still limit to 12 total people on property at a time.
