Roomy 2-level house ideal for large families and groups. Pet-friendly with covered outdoor space with hot tub. Central location - only 1.5 miles to Western OR University and downtown Monmouth and Independence; within walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. Very large kitchen and dining space for group meals. Comfy couches and 4 king beds plus a bunk with 2 full beds to relax! Double driveway and garage for parking. Other things to note Note: Because we allow children and pets, the place is not entirely immaculate. The house is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. We always wash bedding, towels, bathrooms, and kitchen between renters, but some rooms and furniture may have minor wear/tear. Please take this into consideration prior to booking. Thanks!
