Huge deck on front and another in the back - both open to beautiful views. Previous guest referred to it as "farm resort." 2 stocked ponds with fishing gear provided...try your luck Private, well maintained hiking and walking trails take you around the entire property. 3 miles of private trails. Bonfire pit, bbq grills, and firewood provided free of charge. Master bed has own private bath with large walk in closet, shower, and huge tub. The other 2 bedrooms share a bath with shower / tub combo. All beds have linens and plenty of extra pillows and covers. Master is away from other bedrooms allowing for more privacy in home. Two additional bedrooms share second bath. Linens, towels, blankets, pillows, etc are all provided. This is a fully stocked, ready to live in home. Kitchen is fully stocked. Toaster, coffee pots, keurig, pots, pans, mixing bowls, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, mugs, wine glasses, and on and on is provided. Staples such as sugar, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, syrups, etc are also provided. Table, chairs, bench provide lots of seating for family. Laundry room is located inside the home at back entrance. Working washer and dryer. Clothes iron upon request. The large living room is spacious, fully furnished, and comfortable with tv, radio, games, and books. Relax. It is just right for a mid day nap for the entire family. Outside there are 2 large covered decks that have lots of furniture to sit in and relax with your morning brew...or your evening brew...watch the sun rise behind the house and sun set in the front. Basketball goal with ball provided. Fire pit and wood provided. Specially designed walk through "kissing" gates allow people but not livestock to pass easily. Fishing poles and tackle box provided for fishing. Farm is pet friendly, but we ask that NO PETS IN THE HOUSE and supervised around our livestock. We provide covered 10 x 10 kennel and several sizes of crates. Please request in advance Guest access Private drive and all the secure parking you could imagine. If you are pulling a boat or a trailer you will have no problem turning or parking. You have the whole house to yourself. The 6 acres that you are staying on has direct access to the large adjoining farm. Here you can fish in either of the 2 stocked (large) ponds or explore the farm. Catch and release We ask that you don't enter our barns or out buildings. Other things to note No pets inside. 6 People Max. We love our animals. We ask only that you keep your pets supervised. Please don't chase the cows ...you would be surprised that people do that. There are a few homes located out toward the front of the property. Not to worry though, you will have complete privacy. We are nearby if you need help or want a guided tour. Lots of value and lots of home for way less than any local hotel. Relax and unwind in a beautiful, peaceful place.
