A stone's throw from terrific shops, restaurants and the local grocery store, clean & comfortable with freshly installed bed linens, bath & beach towels, beach chairs, BBQ & WIFI Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING ROOM: - Sofa set - TV - Sliding door out to front patio KITCHEN: - Open to the living area - Counter seating (w/ 6 barstools) - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All large and small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (coffee filters, napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: Primary Bedroom: King bed; TV; en-suite bathroom Bedroom #2: Queen bed Bedroom #3: Queen bed EXTRA SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 trifold floor mat is provided (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival. BATHROOMS: Hallway Bathroom: Tub/shower combo Primary Bedroom's En Suite Bathroom: Tub/shower combo LINENS: All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed. OUTDOOR LIVING: - Front patio w/ seating for 6 - Propane gas grill ALSO INCLUDED: - Wifi - 4 low-profile beach chairs - heating - hair dryer; iron/ironing board - starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner) DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. LAUNDRY: Free facilities in garage. Guests must provide their own supplies PARKING: - 1 space for this unit in the rear garage (right side) - Shared garage accessed via rear alley - General free street parking throughout the neighborhood when available ALSO: For larger family groups, the upstairs 4 bedroom/2 bath unit can be booked simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family groups on the entire property. Contact us for more information. CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach. SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances. Check-in Time: 3 p.m. on the arrival date Check-out Time: 10 a.m. on the departure date Remote check-ins are available to guests who provide the host with a photo of their ID and a selfie prior to their Arrival Day. Beachview Realty reserves the right to require an in-office check-in if a guest is not approved by our remote identity verification process. Our Beachview Realty office is open 7 days a week with 24 hour emergency phone access. Lower West Newport The best strategy is to park the car and not use it until your departure! There are several local transportation options (uber, the downtowner shuttle, taxi and more), but the best is on your own two feet or a bicycle. Bus service is nearby as well. There is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand (surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing). Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! Discover world-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. You can rent Beach Cruiser Bicycles from our company and have them delivered to your vacation rental. There is no better way to explore the many beaches, restaurants, bars, and shops than on a bike.
