The open-plan living space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Key Features: * Living & Sleeping Area: Features a comfortable king-sized bed and a reclining sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. * Kitchenette: Equipped with an electric range and oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave. * Bathroom: A separate private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. * Amenities: For your comfort, the cabin includes air conditioning and heating, a television with a Roku device, free WiFi, board games and reading material. Outdoor Living: * Covered front porch with table for two. * Private BBQ grill for your use. * Breathtaking views overlooking the valley of the East Yegua Creek. * Farm Animals: This is country life. You can expect to see and hear our friendly animals, including chickens, ducks, cats, and seasonal cows. For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property in common areas. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the property. Parties and event gatherings with a number of people in excess of the maximum occupancy are not permitted without prior approval. Guest access You will have private access to the entire cabin for the duration of your stay. Your exclusive space includes: * Self check-in for your convenience. * The entire 450 sq ft studio cabin. * A private outdoor area with a BBQ grill, a fire pit with lounge chairs, and a covered porch with table and seating for 2. * Walking access to explore our 30-acre property (trails, fields and garden). Shared amenities on the property include: * A large playground for children. * A fenced-in sports court for basketball and pickleball. * A serene garden area and a picturesque pond. We live on the property and are available if you need anything, but we prioritize your privacy. We are happy to give you a tour of our garden or introduce you to our friendly farm animals (chickens, ducks, cats and seasonal cows) upon request. Otherwise, we'll let you enjoy your peaceful retreat undisturbed. Detailed check-in instructions, including keyless entry codes and directions to the Farm, will be provided three days prior to arrival. Other things to note The Farm has numerous activities, including playing basketball and pickleball on a sports court, playground, meeting our animals (chickens, ducks, cats and seasonal cows), hiking, searching for arrowheads, star gazing, wildlife viewing, garden exploration, fishing, and watching sunsets.
