We have a huge fenced back yard, patio, deck, grill, firepit, wifi, cable with 65" flat-screen smart tv, garage, fine linens and sheets, recliners, lots of games, books, and toys for the kids. 2 king tempur pedics and one queen temper pedic. We are 5 minutes to Orr family farm, 10 minutes to OU, 15 minutes to Tinker, Downtown OKC, and Will Rogers Airport, minutes to dining and Pizza! The space There is over 2300 square feet of living space, an open living room to the dining room. There are 4 bedrooms and full kitchen and laundry. The garage is yours to use also. The kids will enjoy the toys. Guest access You will be amazed at the huge front and back yard and the how peacefulness of the house, yet you are close to so many activities, restaurants and places to enjoy. Feel free to enjoy the entire property. However we do ask guests to keep out of the shed in the back yard. But other than that, it is yours to enjoy. Other things to note You are 10 minutes away from more than 20 Restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. Enjoy Orr Family farm for all the family only 5 minutes away. Walmart supercenter, Lowes, Target, Home Depot are all within 10 minutes.
