Some parts of the building are being renovated, and while it's unlikely to have an impact on your unit it is possible you may see or hear some construction staff. Their workday is typically done by 3pm, and they rarely work on weekends. The back courtyard with the BBQ grill was recently closed for maintenance, but the apartment complex is working to open it back up as soon as possible!
