Bike to the beach and return to the refreshing outdoor shower, sink a putt or two or eat lunch al fresco on the large patio with gas grill; or just relax on plush furnishings and enjoy a movie on one of the huge smart HD TVs. The house sits only 1.5 miles from PV beach, a short drive to Jacksonville Beach, and a 10 min drive to the Mayo Clinic. The space In this cozy home you can enjoy a good book, play a board game with the family, play video games, or sit back and watch your favorite movie or show on one of three large TVs. You can also enjoy the quiet backyard under the hanging lights on the comfortable couch, the large outdoor dining table or spacious hammock. Or you can take it up a notch and roast smores by the firepit, sinks some putts on the new putting green and cook a meal on the gas grill. Outdoor games such as bocce ball, cornhole and a giant Connect Four are provided, as well as four new beach cruiser bikes. Loud music is not allowed at any time. This is a quiet neighborhood with neighbors that are sensitive to loud music so please be kind and respectful. Quiet hours are after 10 pm.
