With three cozy bedrooms, two sparkling clean bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen, you'll have everything you need to feel at home. The location is unbeatable for visiting and exploring Georgetown's many attractions. The space - Free WiFi. - Living room area with TLC 4K HD 55’ Smart TV, fireplace, a sleeper sofa that can be converted to a full-sized bed w/ gel foam mattress, and Amazon Echo Show w/ Alexa. - Gourmet kitchen equipped with GE stainless steel appliances: gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Start your morning with a cup of coffee or tea from the Keurig coffee maker. Air fry, broil, bake, roast, reheat, and more, with the Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer. Let your creativity flow with the endless possibilities that offer the Chefstyle Programmable Slow Cooker. - Master bedroom w/ “ensuite” bathroom, queen-sized bed, 12’ mattress, and walk-in closet. - Secondary bedroom w/ queen-sized bed and 12’ mattress. - Third bedroom that can be used as a home office, comes w/ Twin size daybed and Trundle bed for extra accommodations, computer desk, computer chair, DELL monitor, and foldable table/chair w/ board games for the family entertainment. - Second bathroom. - Laundry with washer and dryer. - Cozy backyard surrounded by many mature trees that provide shadow during most of the day. - If you plan to bring your pet (max 2), please read *Pet Rules* down below. - We do monthly leases. Other things to note - TV and INTERNET: Free WiFi is available, and the password will be provided upon arrival. Smart TV is also available w/ Roku TV. Netflix, HBO, and Disney+ apps are also available, just note they will need to be configured using your own account and will be your responsibility to sign off at the end of your stay. Same applies to the Amazon Echo Show. - CHILDREN: The house is child-friendly, and you are welcome to bring children of any age, but please be aware the house is not "childproof". There are several decorative items within reach, including wall stickers, and it is your responsibility as a parent to ensure your children’s safety and that they follow the house rules. - **PETS**: We allow two dogs per booking (no cats). You must include your pet under “guests“ at the time of booking, and pay the one-time $100 cleaning fee. We love dogs and understand they are family, but we do ask you to: · Clean up after your pet. · Animals must be up to date on flea prevention. Guests are financially responsible for any damage done by their pet, as well as additional cleaning fees incurred if rules are not followed.
