☀️Ocean Escape Townhouse Just Steps to the Beach 🏖

Enjoy Jacksonville Beach from this clean, comfortable, and spacious townhouse just a short 2 minute walk from the beach. You will find three bedrooms with full ensuite baths. The home has a washer and dryer on the first floor. We have beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, and bikes for our guests to use while staying at our home. There is an outdoor shower that comes in handy after a day at the beach and a great landscaped private backyard to enjoy with family or friends. The space We have a smart lock on the front door for convenient, contactless check-in. The front door opens to stairs that take you to the second floor. On the second floor, you will find a full kitchen, granite countertops, and comfortable living room with balcony. There is a spiral staircase from the kitchen into the bedroom on the first floor. You can also access the first floor bedroom with ensuite bath by walking through the garage and laundry area on the first floor. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed. The garage has beach chairs, toys, and bicycles that may be used by our guests during their stay. Guests may also park in the garage. Beach towels are located in the closet of the first floor bedroom. The master bedroom with King bed and upstairs guest bedroom with a Queen bed are located on the third floor. There is a balcony off the master bedroom that has an ocean view and is a great way to start your day! Both upstairs bedrooms have ensuite baths for added privacy. There is plenty of closet and dresser space for extended stays. We have a pack and play as well as a toddler bed that can be made up prior to arrival upon request. The WiFi is fast and allows our guests to work from home if needed during their beach trip. There are Roku TVs throughout the home. They are set on guest mode, so bring your passwords and the TV will logout at the end of your stay. We have an outdoor area in the backyard with tropical landscaping, tables, and chairs. We have a gas grill for guest use that is located on the back patio. This is the perfect place to catch up with friends or family after a day at the beach. Guest access You will have access to the entire home including the garage, backyard, and outdoor shower. Other things to note The WiFi is fast and able to allow multiple, simultaneous streaming devices at once. We have Roku TVs that will log you out at the end of your stay, so feel confident to watch the streaming platform of your choice. For safety, we have fire extinguishers located on each level of the home. We also have a collapsible ladder in the upstairs guest closet that can be used to exit from a window in the event of a fire. The balconies are limited to 6 guests at one time. The bicycles and any other items in our home are able to be used at your own risk. We ask for 'quiet time' from 10pm-7am. We lived here ourselves for a year and found the neighborhood to be friendly and quiet. Trash service runs twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. We ask our guests to place any trash in the green cans on side of the house and take to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings. If you recycle, we have a yellow topped can for recycling that is picked up on Fridays.
