Beautiful corner house, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom house in Humacao near shopping center. Cozy living / family room, large kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space, foyer area, dining room, covered enclosed patio area, and additional family room located upstairs on the 2nd floor. 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms located on the second floor. Half bath located on main floor. House has 5 TV's - 1 in each bedroom and 1 in each family room. The space Enclosed patio area offers games for adults and children, books for reading and enjoyment, and 2 swings for children. The family / living room on the main floor has an area with a desk, chair and charging station for work, reading, or pleasure. The foyer has two comfortable chairs with a calming photo and relaxating candles. The kitchen is spacious. Family or friends can COOK together comfortably. All the necessary cooking equipment and utensils are available. Guest access Guest can utilize all areas on the main and upstairs floor. Currently, a rental or personal car is the best option. However, taxis are also available. The house has 2 free parking spaces in the driveway. Other things to note No smoking. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. If this rule is broken, there will be a hefty cleaning bill that the guest will be expected to pay (approximately $400.00). No unauthorized electrical appliances. Any appliance not offered needs to be approved and could incur additional fees for water and electricity.
