Brand new accommodating house in Waterville Estates on a hill slope with a picturesque mountain view across the Mad River Valley. Located within just a few minutes’ drive from I-93, close to White Mountains ski resorts (Waterville Valley, Loon, Cannon) and lakes, the retreat is great for year-round activities. The space This well-hidden 3-level 5300 sq.ft. property offers 5 bedrooms, a study, 5.5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, a game room and a sizable hill-side deck with a 5-burner gas grill. The main level kitchen is equipped with a professional gas range and hood, adjacent dining room offers seating for 10. The main level also offers a master bedroom with access to the deck. The second level offers another master bedroom with a mountain view worth of a masterpiece, two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each, and a sizable private suite. The suite comprises a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom including an air-bathtub, and a private office. The finished basement has a bar with a full kitchen adjacent to a bathroom suite, and sizable game space. With sizzling fast WiFi throughout the house and a workstation with a large computer monitor in every bedroom and the study, the retreat offers ample space and privacy for relaxing and working remotely. This property is perfect for a family reunion, a special get-together, or a private corporate retreat. Guest access Guests can access the entire property. Other things to note There is a community center, abutting a pond, including 3 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools and an indoor hot tub. The center also offers tennis courts and basketball grounds. The center has a designated space for special events. These amenities are available with provided guest pass access, and small administration fees. Smoking is allowed in designated areas away from the house. Please don’t leave cigarette buds anywhere on the property grounds, please pick them up and dispose properly. No items should be taken out of the property or moved around the property unless expressly permitted by the host. Furniture, appliances, electronics, books, games, light, power adapters, and other items should remain where you found them, please. No more than 6 cars will be allowed to park on the property. We have an on-deck gas grill and a bonfire you can use in their designated areas. We will allow one dog of no more than 20 lbs, no hypoallergic dogs please. The maximum occupancy is 10 people. Additional guests will be required to pay a fee of $300 per guest per night for each guest over the capacity of 10. There are two 62 gal outdoor trash bins provided for collecting trash – one for recycling (glass, metal, cartons, paper), another for regular trash. Please deposit all your trash there accordingly. Any trash in access of that volume per week will require an additional trash removal fee of $100. You will be liable for any damages to the property caused by you or your party during your stay. Cleaning fee paid by the guest covers surface cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry service only. It does not cover collecting dishes, collecting trash around the house or moving items back to their original places. Before leaving, please take all the trash to the trash bins; collect all the dirty dishes and utensils, place them into the two available dish washers, and start wash cycles; collect all the used linens and towels and place them into designated laundry baskets in each room. Leaving trash, dirty dishes or repositioning items around the house may require additional cleaning feel.
