My favorite thing about Calusia LongBoard Cottage is the privacy and nature. You can see birds, squirrels, rabbits and many more from the comfort of your room. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood on 1.35 acres but is still very close to shopping, restaurants, beaches and more. The golf green has restricted flight balls for your use. The batting cage has lights! Out back there is a canal for more nature and a fire pit for cooler months. The space Calusia LongBoard Cottage a full private Guest House with 800 SQFT of space. New full Kitchen and washer/dryer. The King Tempor-Pedic bed is perfect for two people. The Living Room has a daybed which can accommodate two adults in a fold out queen sleeper. There is a large smart TV that has most streaming services and high speed internet. Our guest book has all login information for easy access and tons of other local information for your convenience. A quaint bistro set is provided for indoor meals and a table, chairs and umbrella are provided for outdoors. Dishes, utensils and cleaning supplies are provided. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire casita, golf green, front patio, driveway, back fire pit area, batting cage, grill and back canal walking trails. Other things to note Take advantage of the full kitchen, or we invite you to try the amazing and unique restaurants in our area. We truly have a local flair.
