Enjoy this Cozy 1,500 sq. ft Chalet located at the foot of Gunstock and minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee. Our Chalet offers year round access to a variety of activities and fun including hiking, beaches, kayaking, skiing/snowboarding, shopping, dining, site seeing and much more! If you are planning a special event, please reach out if you need any assistance with catering, decorating etc. The space On the ground level, you step inside to find a living room with foosball table, games, woodstove, comfortable seating, and large screen TV, mud room, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has bunk bed with queen bed on the bottom and an XL twin bed on top. There is a bistro 2 chair set on the patio, 2 hammock swings to relax and read a book, or just enjoy nature. Walk upstairs to an open concept family room boasting cathedral ceilings, comfortable sitting area with large screen TV and fireplace. Large sliders lead to a deck with seating to admire the tall trees and the mountain views, and a gas grill for cooking your favorite meal. The kitchen has everything you will need for grilling or preparing meals for the family with a large dining table. There you will find a coffee bar stocked with a variety of coffee selections to enjoy out on the deck. The second floor also has a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and the other with a bunk bed with queen bed on the bottom and an XL twin on top. Plenty of comfortable sleeping quarters for all. Outside you will find a large fire pit area to enjoy family and friends toasting smores and just laughing. A large yard to play games and let the kids just run around. Guest access Guests have access to the entire interior and exterior of the home. This also includes the garage if you would like to keep your belongings (motorcycle) dry in the summer months or store your ski/snowboard gear in the winter. The house is equipped with a Smartlock for ease of access when entering the home. Door code will be provided prior to your arrival. Other things to note - Fresh linens provided and bathing essentials - Person booking the stay must be at least 28 or older and be present during the booking dates. If guests that are accompanying the "booking person" are under the age of 28, a booking request must be sent and approved "prior to" completion of the booking. This request must include, at a minimum, the ages of all guests and details of the the stay. Follow up questions may also be asked prior to booking being approved. We apologize for additional booking steps but please understand this is only in an effort to minimize damage to the property and keep it in good shape for all future guests. Thank you!
