(Walmart - 5 mins drive) Guest access Our guests are welcome to use the entire property including all the resorts amenities at no extra cost! Other things to note There is a small one time $20+ tax fee per vehicle with multiple parking spots directly in front of the townhome. The fee is charged by the community to receive your access card to enter through all property gates.
