Our guest suite is located on our small horse farm in the foothills of the Adirondacks. The space has a cozy rustic charm, and has everything you’ll need for a quiet mountain getaway in any season. We are located right at the entrance of the Blueberry Hill Trails, a 1000-acre trail system designed for hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Head out the door and you're right on the trails. The space The self-contained guest suite is located off of the main house via a private, separate entrance, which can be locked. The space is ideal for two but can accommodate 3 comfortably. The space features an open floor design with large bedroom area, a small but well stocked kitchenette, a dining area, a designated office/workspace, and a bathroom. Wifi is available throughout the space. The main bedroom/living area includes a full-size bed, a closet and dresser, a gas fireplace, and wall-mounted flat screen TV with Roku. As pictured, the main living area can be closed off by a series of sliding doors for additional privacy and comfort. There is an additional twin-sized memory foam bed available for children or groups of three, which can be folded up and stowed when not in use. The kitchen includes a minifridge, microwave, toaster oven, blender, single-burner range, and everything else you’d need for eating in. The bathroom has an up-flush toilet. The unit has it’s own pump that provides the water to the toilet, sinks and shower. The pump makes noise after the toilet is flushed. The noise usually stops after 30 seconds or so. There is an office/workspace area which is great for those looking to work while away, and can also double as pantry space for those looking to do some cooking. Well-behaved pets are more than welcome! If planning on bringing animals, please just let us know in your initial booking message, listing the breed, size and sex of the pet. We ask that pets remain leashed when near the house as we have outside pets of our own (and it's recommended that they be leashed when on trails as well). We also ask that pets be crated if left alone in the space for any length of time.
