The second floor boasts the largest king master suite on Lake Wylie, complete with sitting area and lake balcony access. Two more queen bedrooms are on the second floor, which also features a workstation and reading area. The main floor has everything at your fingertips with a queen bedroom, ample seating, dining room, and a cook's dream kitchen. If that isn't enough, you can entertain on the balcony or in the three seasons room that is larger than most apartments. The basement level has a ping pong table, foosball, and other family games, or take a scenic kayak ride and explore beautiful Lake Wylie! Gather with family in the outdoor lounge area with fireplace or enjoy al fresco dining under the pergola! There are exterior cameras on the property. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself. Other things to note ***We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite. There are exterior cameras on the property for security. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be on the property at any given time. There is a $1000 fee for any unauthorized parties or gatherings. We do utilize local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. This is a smoke free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. There is a $1000 fee for smoking inside.*** Pets are welcome with prior approval and once approved there is a $200 fee per pet.
