On the street level you will find an ample and convenient carport equipped with a Tesla level 2 charger to keep your Tesla charger up and ready to go. A few steps down the stairs on the side of the carport you will find the main entrance. On the main floor you’ll have the compact yet functional kitchen, the dinning counter, living room, a full bathroom, washer and dryer as well as the 2nd bedroom. Through the sliding glass door you’ll have access to the wraparound patio where you can enjoy peaceful sunsets or grill a beautiful meal with the gas grill. The stairs will take you down to the master bedroom along with its own full bathroom.
