The Space:

Our brand new guest Suite was just completed in July of 2021. The Sheridan Suite guesthouse is a two bed, one bath unit with a private entrance and patio for enjoying the gorgeous Colorado evenings around the fire pit. Stainless steel appliances and individually controlled heating and cooling for each room makes the Sheridan Suite incredibly comfortable and perfect for your visit to Colorado Springs.

BACKYARD:

Fire up the grill and grab some beers as you watch the sun set. After dinner you can head to our ring style gas fire pit. Cook some s’mores and enjoy time with your friends and family.

LIVING ROOM:

Enjoy the 55” Roku Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi so you can pick up streaming your favorite shows where you left off at home! There is also a queen-sized pull out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress if you need the additional sleeping space.

KITCHEN:

If you decide to have a night in, you won’t be disappointed. Cook your favorite meal in the fully loaded kitchen. We are well stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils. Enjoy a family-style meal at the large 6-person dinner table ready for take out or any meal! Enjoy delicious coffee with creamer from our Keurig in the morning to start your day off right!

BEDROOM 1:

This room has a comfy full mattress with high quality bedding. There is a desk and chair for setting your luggage on or working on the computer with our free lightning-fast fiber wifi (500+ Mbps). We also provide a pack n play and a highchair for the little one.

BEDROOM 2:

This bedroom features a super comfortable queen-sized mattress with high quality bedding, and gorgeous décor.

BATHROOM:

The bathroom features a stand-up tile shower, quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy complimentary hand-soap, lotion, feminine products, and make-up removal wipes. We also have a hair dryer, first aid kit, cotton swabs, and extra toilet paper.

LAUNDRY:

The laundry room is located in the closet with a new washer and dryer set, iron with ironing board, and fresh washing detergent.

We are legally registered with the City! STR-0557. Rest assured that your booking won't be shut down and canceled at the last minute!

COVID19: Traveling now is more stressful than ever, and we understand. We provide a professional quality cleaning and focus on disinfection and sanitation. We can assure you that all touch points such as door knobs, light switches, and tv remotes receive extra sanitization. We firmly believe that our home is much safer than a hotel where there is frequent contact with numerous guests. Rest easy and enjoy your vacation knowing you are doing it as safely as possible. Guest Access:

You have access to the entire, brand new guest suite addition. Our home is set up like a side-by-side duplex with no access between our house and the new Sheridan guest suite! Enjoy the private patio and private off street parking too!

The Neighborhood:

A hop skip and a jump away from beautiful Memorial Park. We are located on the north side of the park in a safe, quiet, and charming historic neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:

Our house is set up like a duplex and there is no connection between the two homes. You have a private entrance and off street parking staying with us in the Sheridan Suite 😁
