Book your sweet retreat now! The space Welcome to our brand new guest suite, the Sheridan Suite, completed in July of 2021. This two-bed, one-bath unit offers a private entrance and patio, perfect for enjoying the stunning Colorado evenings around the fire pit. With stainless steel appliances and individually controlled heating and cooling for each room, the Sheridan Suite ensures unparalleled comfort for your visit to Colorado Springs. 🛋️ Living Room Relax in the living room with a 55” Roku Smart TV equipped with built-in Wi-Fi, allowing you to stream your favorite shows just like at home! Additionally, there's a queen-sized pull-out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress for additional sleeping space. 🔥 Backyard Fire up the grill and grab some beers as you watch the sunset. After dinner, head to our ring-style gas fire pit, cook some s’mores, and enjoy quality time with your friends and family. 🍳 Kitchen Cook your favorite meals in the fully loaded kitchen, well-stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils. Gather around the large 6-person dinner table for a family-style meal, or enjoy delicious coffee from our Keurig in the morning to start your day off right! 🛏️ Bedroom Setup Bedroom 1: This room features a comfy full mattress with high-quality bedding, along with a desk and chair for your convenience. We also provide a pack n play and a highchair for the little one. Bedroom 2: Enjoy a super comfortable queen-sized mattress with high-quality bedding and gorgeous décor in this bedroom. 🛁 Bathroom The bathroom boasts a stand-up tile shower and quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Complimentary hand soap, lotion, feminine products, and makeup removal wipes are also provided, along with a hairdryer, first aid kit, cotton swabs, and extra toilet paper. 🧺 Laundry Conveniently located in the closet, the laundry room features a new washer and dryer set, iron with ironing board, and fresh washing detergent. Guest access 🔑 You have access to the entire, brand new guest suite addition. Our home is set up like a side-by-side duplex with no access between our house and the new Sheridan guest suite! Enjoy the private patio and private off street parking too! 🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🏡 Duplex Setup: Our house is set up like a duplex, and there is no connection between the two homes. You have a private entrance and off-street parking staying with us in the Sheridan Suite. ✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city: A-STRP-24-0781.
