The key code is changed after every guest for your safety. Other things to note - Quiet time is 10pm - 8am - All guests must be 25+ (with the exception of children with their parents). - 7 person maximum - 2-3 vehicle maximum - Pets are not allowed. You will be charged a $500 penalty fee if you bring a pet. - The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol and glass is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
