Any such damages will be charged to the guest. ➤ Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and at the pool. A $150 smoking fee will be applied if this rule is violated. ➤ Quiet Hours and Parties: To respect the neighbors, quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Parties and events are not allowed inside the apartment during these hours or at any time during the stay. ➤ We are not responsible or liable for any luggage left inside the unit if the host permits early luggage drop-offs. Guests leave their luggage at their own risk, and we are not responsible for any lost or missing items. ➤ The unit number will be disclosed upon check-in for security purposes.
