The building’s amenities and common areas may be periodically closed for maintenance or repairs, including but not limited to elevator repairs. Please note that food and drinks are not permitted in any amenity rooms. Also, no private reservations can be made for any amenity room. The use of these rooms are common spaces. ➤ Pool Policy: Lost or non-returned towels will incur a $50 fee. Please return towels to the designated areas. ➤ Damages and Missing Items: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or missing items during their stay, including those caused by unauthorized pets. Any such damages will be charged to the guest. ➤ Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and at the pool. A $150 smoking fee will be applied if this rule is violated. ➤ Quiet Hours and Parties: To respect the neighbors, quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Parties and events are not allowed inside the apartment during these hours or at any time during the stay. ➤ We are not responsible or liable for any luggage left inside the unit if the host permits early luggage drop-offs. Guests leave their luggage at their own risk, and we are not responsible for any lost or missing items. ➤ The unit number will be disclosed upon check-in for security purposes. The key lockbox is located next to the building, and all necessary details will be provided on the day of your reservation ➤The Guest who books must be the guest who stays at the property.
