The Downtown Retreat Five is conveniently located just 0.7 miles from Advent and HCA Hospitals and 1.6 miles from the Historic Downtown Ocala Square. This newly renovated Retreat is one of six Retreats located in a very quiet and private complex. The space Perfect for the traveling professional, the unit offers a dedicated workspace and windows dressed with blackout curtains for great daytime sleep. For the vacationer, Ocala is an excellent base for exploring Central Florida or simply all that Ocala/Marion County has to offer. The unit is equipped with key-less entry for easy check-in and fully stocked with all amenities needed for a relaxing short- or long-term stay to include a full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, bedside charging stations and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals. The unit is conveniently located close shopping (supermarket and retail), restaurants and hospitals. Discounts are offered for weekly and monthly stays. While all units are ground level, three units have 2 steps to access therefore not handicapped accessible and has one reserved parking space. For the comfort of all guests, the complex does not allow smoking, pets nor parties. Your hosts live conveniently near the complex for any needs that may arise.
