Beachfront Luxury Villa The space Villa Mirador is comprised of three separate spaces. The Iguana's Nest. The top floor of the Villa is a luxury penthouse suite that takes its name from a carved mahogany door through which you will enter the suite. The suite features a king size bed, full kitchen, living room, luxury bath with ocean view walk out shower, a private wrap around balcony. The balcony has a gas grill, outdoor dining area, a private plunge pool, and a hammock and day bed for lounging. The Turtle's Nest. The main floor features a two-bedroom unit named the Turtle's Nest. This area features two large bedrooms each with a king size bed and private bath, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room, laundry room and a large seaside balcony with views of the barrier reef. The Pelican's Roost. Adjoining the Turtle's Nest is a master suite we call the Pelican's Roost. The Pelican's Roost can be accessed through the Turtles Nest or via its own private entrance. It features a king size bed, luxury bath, kitchenette and private seaside balcony. At ground level you will find a large inground pool, hot tub, outdoor wet bar and dining area and ground floor powder room.
