Single Floor: living room, kitchen. bedrooms, bathroom, walk-in closet The water to this home is supplied by a well. We have a water softener to remove well water odor but there may be some natural well water odor at times. The water is perfectly safe but is not treated like city water. In May, 2022, State Road 43 North (North River Road) was closed for construction between our home and Purdue University. You will be able to get to our home from I-65 and through Downtown Lafayette. It is still very quick and easy to get to Purdue campus from our home. When leaving our driveway, turn right onto 43 N, turn right onto Burnett Road, then right again at the "T" (N 9th St). Stay on 9th Street until you get to Columbia St, turn right onto Columbia (one-way street). When you cross the bridge, you are there! Guest access The Airbnb home is part of a duplex but you will have full access to your side including the deck and yard. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note There is a motion activated security light on the exterior front corner of the home. We have two exterior cameras on the front of the house for security purposes. The camera's are located at the front door and on the corner of the dwelling. These cameras are equipped with audio recording. There is an additional camera outside the back door. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. For stays of 7-14 days, guest will be required to pay a $300 cleaning/damage/house rules deposit. For stays over 14 days, cleaning/damage deposit will be increased to $500. This deposit will be fully refunded if the home is left in clean/undamaged condition with no violations of house rules upon check-out.
