The space Welcome to Our Home! We’re excited to host you and want to share all the details to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. Important Notes -No Smoking or Pets: Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the property (except for service animals). A $2,500 fine applies for violations. The Rooms: Our spacious home features eight beautifully designed bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 18 guests: Kids' Rooms: Delight your little ones with Disney-themed bedrooms: Jungle Book and Winnie the Pooh rooms each feature a single-over-full bunk bed with a trundle underneath. Main Floor Master: Includes a king bed, soaker tub, double closet, and sliding doors leading to the pool. Guest Room (Main Floor): Features a queen bed and a desk. Upstairs Bedrooms: Two rooms with king beds and private attached bathrooms. Other Bedrooms: A surf-themed room perfect for older kids. A serene pink and blue room with a king bed. Bathrooms: Six full bathrooms and one half bath for your convenience. Main Living Area: Relax in our spacious living room featuring: A large leather sectional and two accent chairs. Sliding glass doors with a beautiful view of the private pool deck. Laundry Facilities: Located upstairs, you’ll find a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including: Granite breakfast bar seating. High-quality appliances: refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, waffle maker, and slow cooker. Utensils, cookware, dinnerware, and glassware are all provided. Dining: The dining table seats up to 10 guests comfortably, perfect for group meals. Entertainment You’ll find plenty of entertainment options throughout the home: Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV with DirecTV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gigabit fiber optic line). Main Living Room: A large flat-screen TV. Home Theater: Enjoy an Epson 4K laser projector, large screen, eight leather recliners, and a multi-arcade video game. Star Wars-Themed Loft: Includes a large flat-screen TV, X-Box One console, sectional seating, giant Scrabble board, and a wet bar. Young kids will enjoy the Seaside Café play area. You’ll also find over 50 digital board games on the Infinity Game Board. Outdoor Living Space The private backyard is perfect for relaxing and entertaining: Pool and Spa: Heated to 88°F (pool) and 104°F (spa) for an additional $40 per day. Requests must be made before arrival (onsite requests incur a $25 fee). The base temperature of the spa is the same as the pool. Please note that the spa does not hold elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub. Use the wall mounted egg timer to increase heat on spa. Just note that the egg timer only runs in 1-hour cycles, and it may take several cycles to affect heat spa. Seating: Eight sun loungers, a 10-seat patio table, outdoor loveseat, two patio chairs, a four-seat bar, and four Adirondack chairs. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. If you'd like to ensure a full propane tank is ready upon arrival, we can provide one for $45—just let us know in advance. Alternatively, guests can exchange propane tanks for $26 at the 7-Eleven across the street from the resort. Additional Features: Summer kitchen with a grill and Bluetooth speakers. Outdoor TV for movie nights by the pool. Poolside half bathroom and outdoor shower. Encore Resort Amenities As our guest, you’ll have full access to Encore Resort’s incredible amenities, including: Waterpark with thrilling slides, splash pad, and pool. Multiple restaurants, bars, and a clubhouse with a fitness room and kids' play area. Complimentary shuttle service to Disney World (about 15 minutes away). Check the schedule for times. Important Details Pool Safety: In compliance with Florida law, sliding glass doors leading to the pool have alarms to protect young children. Please press the button near the door to silence the alarm before opening. Tampering with the alarm will result in a $150 fee. Food Policy: Florida law prohibits open food storage between stays. Please note that there will be no pantry staples, condiments, or cooking essentials on arrival. You will need to bring these or buy them at local supermarkets. Child-Friendly Features We provide complimentary use of the following: 2 pack-n-plays, a high chair, a booster seat, a stroller, a baby gate, and a baby bath. For additional children's items, we partner with Jeeves and Reunion Home Services to provide rentals. Guest access You'll have the entire villa to yourself. Enjoy! Other things to note Early check-in/late check-out: We cannot generally change the check-in and check-out times. This is because of our cleaners' schedule. When we schedule an early check-in or late check-out, the prior night (in the case of early check-in) or the night following your departure is unbookable for other guests. We will only know if we can offer an early check-in or late check-out a few days before you arrive. We have three security cameras at the property: a Ring doorbell on the front exterior of the home, one on top of the garage facing toward the street, and one on the side of the house facing the pool equipment. We have no cameras inside the home or pool area. As you may have seen in the pictures, we converted the garage into a high-end theater. Because valuable and sensitive equipment is inside, we ask that the overhead garage door remain closed at all times. Please do not move the furniture; the theater should not be used for sleeping. Jeeves Florida Rentals manages this home. After you book, you'll receive communications from them and us. For each group of guests, they provide a "starter pack," which includes one paper towel, three garbage bags, one kitchen trash bag, three dishwasher tabs, one small bottle of dish soap, and 1 Tide single-load laundry detergent. Every bathroom has a travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and one paper towel roll. If you need more than what is provided, you will need to bring or buy your own.
