Large Mesquite and Palo Verde trees provide privacy and shade, mature Mediterranean fan palms give that tropical vibe, and all sorts of flowering plants draw hummingbirds to their bright colors and lovely fragrances! We have 11 fruit trees that have blooms in the spring, and fruit in seasons throughout the year. Feel free to enjoy the fruits of our labor! You can enjoy a tranquil day floating in the hammock and watching the birds. Indoors we have anticipated your comfort and needs and have thoughtfully planned a chic uncluttered space to hang out, visit, and work if needed with high-speed internet, and two dedicated work spaces. **Not a child friendly home** We will not accept reservations with children. The home is not child friendly at all. **Details to Note** A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. Your check-in and check-out process is entirely keyless, which allows you to check in for your stay quickly and efficiently at any time for your convenience. **IMPORTANT** Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and will result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking of any kind or type is never allowed indoors. Our home has motion detectors, a security system, and exterior cameras for your safety and security. Tampering with cameras will result in immediate eviction without refund. We use a noise decibel level monitoring device to ensure our guests do not get over a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors. Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors. This is a residential community and as such we ask guests avoid loud music, or voices during quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am. The maximum number of guests at this property is limited to 6. We cannot allow any visitors beyond that number to stay past 10pm. Unregistered guests will result in eviction without refund. *Before you book, please know that this is not a party home and parties will not be tolerated. This property is close to an Air Force base. While normally this is not an issue, we have no control over the Air Force’s operations and schedules. If you have any questions please message me for speedy responses.
