The Villa has 2 units -you rent the main levels of this beautiful home. A lower apartment, with separate entrance/garden, is also rentable on Airbnb (inquire for info) The space Feel a warm welcome from a family-owned vacation home, and feel a family oriented treatment of the staff, too. Parking for up to 3 cars at the house, outdoor garden table and corner bench, fireplace outside and in the living room, well-equipped kitchen, separate dining room with lake views, spacious sofa area with TV, large bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom. Home office desk, washer/dryer, fast wifi, grill and kayak. Please respect that there is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside the home. All the furnishings are new and of good quality. All rooms have curtains and shutters for your privacy. On the entrance level is the spacious entryway, guest bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and large living room with fireplace. The interior is allergy friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped (including microwave, raclette, fondue, rice cooker, kettle, Nespresso machine, milk foamer.) From the kitchen and living room you have direct access to the large private patio with a beautiful view of Lake Brienz and surrounding mountains! Enjoy the 2 sun loungers, as well as the covered seating area and the outdoor fireplace. The 4 bedrooms are on the upper floor. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is accessible to all. 1 room has a kong bed, its own bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and 2 washbasins. 1 other room has a king bed, 1 a queen bed and the last has 2 single beds. 3 bedrooms have a balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. On request we provide a baby bed for toddlers up to 3 years old and a high chair. It fits in every room. Please note that the washing machine and dryer are in the basement and is shared with the guests of the lower apartment. You rent the main part of this house: entrance level and upper level. Downstairs there is another apartment rented on Airbnb which has its own private entrance and garden terrace. So each unit retains its privacy. If you prefer to rent both units together, please inquire for availability. Other things to note The walk to the house from the train and ferry stations takes about 15 minutes. The path via Feldstrasse has the easiest, most gradual incline with an elevation gain of about 35 meters or 115 feet. This is generally considered an easy walk for fit individuals.
