The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a working desk and printer. Adjacent to it is another room with a king bed, and a third room contains two twin bunk beds plus a pull-out twin trundle bed, totaling 5 twin beds. PET RULES: – Dogs only (no cats or other animals). – Must be at least 1 year old and under 30 lbs. – Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. – Pet fee: $60 per dog (2–4 nights) / $120 per dog (5+ nights). – Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra cleaning fees will apply if hair is found. – Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, licenses, and ID tags. – Please bring your own dog bedding, crate, and towels for paws/fur. – Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless safely crated and calm. – Shedding dogs must be brushed outdoors daily. – Pick up and properly dispose of all waste. – No bathing dogs in tubs or showers. – Clean up and report any accidents or damage right away. – Dogs must be leashed on the property at all times. – Owners are responsible for all damage or disturbances (including excessive barking). A maximum of four cars is allowed to park in the garage (2) and driveway (2). No parking is allowed on the streets, and no boats, trailers, or RVs are allowed. 🏖 The golf cart rental is a convenient optional amenity available for $80 per night. If you choose to take advantage of this option, please note that it must be rented for the entirety of your stay. 🏖 Shuttle hours and stops vary seasonally. The outside of the property contains cameras to monitor the home for fires, theft, and storms when the home is not occupied. These do not look into any interior spaces. 🏖 Due to the location near the water and in the Perdido Keys Mouse Habitat, guests may encounter native wildlife, including snakes of all species. 🏖 The home now features a new sectional sofa, which is an upgrade from the one shown in the photos. This larger sectional includes an ottoman and still offers a sofa bed for your convenience. Beach Chair Service is for a fee in season. POLICIES: - Lost/broken wristbands and gate keys will incur charges as follows: $25 per wristband and $50 per gate key. - Must be at least 25 years old to book.
