French Oak | 2 Blocks to Downtown | Dogs Welcome!

Enjoy the beautiful small-town charm of historic downtown Lodi at the cozy French Oak Cottage! This charming duplex is just two short blocks from downtown, and offers all the comforts you could wish for. The main bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom offers a Full size bed. With ample kitchen appliances and cookware provided to cook up your favorite dishes, this cottage has everything you need for an unforgettable time in Lodi. The space Enjoy outdoor grilling on the patio or relax indoors while streaming your favorites on the TVs – no matter how long you decide to stay, you can find what you need at French Oak Cottage! We are happy to welcome your four-legged family members! The backyard is small - about the size of a large dog run, but the neighborhood is very walkable and there is a dog park only a couple blocks away. Please review the Pet Policies under the House Rules section. Please note that there is a $100 fee for each pet. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking and no more than 2 pets are allowed per reservation. If you have a baby, we can provide a pack and play and stroller, some toys, etc. Please let us know if this is something you will need. You will access the property with a smart lock on the front door. Your code will be provided approximately 24 hours before check-in. The home is cooled by a wall A/C in the living room and window A/Cs in each bedroom. The home is heated by a furnace heating system in the living room and space heaters are provided for each bedroom. Any questions at all, please ask! :) Guest access Entire home (one side of the duplex) with front patio and small back deck. Garage is limited to the washer and dryer and grill (must be rolled to front patio before using). Other things to note Located in the heart of Downtown Lodi and nestled on a quiet street in a historic neighborhood, French Oak Cottage is just a short walk to local tasting rooms, breweries, restaurants, movie theater, children's museum and cute shops! There's a children's playground less than 2 blocks around the corner, a grill for BBQ on a nice day, or you can head over to nearby Lodi Lake where you can kayak, paddle board, enjoy the nature trail, and more!
